Biography

Marta Gracia Domènech is a partner in the tax department specialized in real estate taxation and private client. Marta's clients include business owners, entrepreneurs and investors. She advises individuals and families relocating to, leaving or with interests in the Spain. She also provides tax advice to foreign investors and national groups in the framework of their real estate investments in Spain. She advices on a recurring basis in M&A transactions and debt reestructuring procedures. She provides recurrent tax advice to family business, national and international groups.
