Biography

Eliana Baraldi is a founding Partner at Eliana Baraldi Advogados in São Paulo, Brazil (2018) Law Degree and Master’s degree in International Law from the University of Sao Paulo-USP Eliana has 30 years of experience in national/international arbitration and corporate court litigation acquired while practicing in large firms in Brazil. Experience as counsel and as arbitrator in virtually all prominent arbitration providers in Brazil and abroad. Author of national and international publications and frequent speaker in seminars in Brazil and abroad Visiting Professor at Salamanca University, Spain; Auburn University, Alabama, USA (International Comparative Law); Faculdades IBMEC, São Paulo - Brasil (LLM in Commercial Arbitration) and PUC (COGEAE) – LLM in Commercial Arbitration Recognitions in arbitration practice in Who’s Who Legal-Global, Chambers Latin America, Leaders League, Análise Advocacia 500 and Análise Advocacia Mulher Former President of the Arbitral Chamber of the Brazilian Bar Association/SP.
