Biography

Anne Birgitte Gammeljord is a lawyer appointed at the Danish Supreme Court and acting as assistant lawyer in insolvency matters at the Maritime and Commercial Court. She has served on the Disciplinary Committee of the Danish Bar and Law Society, and as a member of the Council of the Danish Bar and Law Society. Gammeljord served as President of the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe in 2009 and, since 2012, has served as a member of the ELI Council. She is a member of the board of several Danish foundations and member of the CCBE anti money laundering committee.
