Caroline Falconer

Biography

Caroline Falconer is the Secretary General of the SCC Arbitration Institute in Stockholm. She previously served as Senior Legal Counsel at a leading European energy company (2015–2022) and practiced for over ten years in Swedish dispute resolution. She holds an LL.M. cum laude from Stockholm University and in International Dispute Resolution from King’s College London, and is a co-founder of the Swedish Women in Arbitration Network (SWAN).
