Biography

Jens Näsström is a Swedish work psychologist who has spent twenty years researching and training lawyers and legal professionals across 75+ law firms in twelve countries. Drawing on his own research, he has developed a keen understanding of the entire talent management cycle in law firms — from recruitment to success factors to leadership. He is founder and Head of Science of Ambitionprofile AB. Based in Stockholm.
