Biography

Egle Venskuniene is Chief Operating Officer at Sorainen, a leading Baltic business law firm. As a member of the firm's management team, she leads business operations, strategic transformation, and the development of the firm's business functions across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. Prior to joining Sorainen, Egle held senior leadership positions at Barclays and Danske Bank, where she led transformation and change organizations, driving large-scale strategic, regulatory, and organizational change across international businesses and multiple geographies. Her experience spans strategy execution, organizational transformation, operational excellence, and leadership at the intersection of business and technology. Egle is particularly passionate about helping professional services organizations adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing environment and harnessing innovation and emerging technologies to create sustainable competitive advantage. She holds an MSc in Software Engineering from the University of Oxford and a Master's degree in Business Management and Administration from Vilnius University. Egle serves as Vice Chair of the CEO Subcommittee of the IBA Law Firm Management Committee.
