Biography

Sandeep has a career of more than 30 years with law firms and 21 years as a partner. he started his career as a lawyer in 1994. He has been with J. Sagar Associates, leading Indian law firm, as a partner, since 2008. Sandeep specializes in foreign investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and corporate restructuring transactions. He has been advising Indian and foreign clients on corporate, commercial and employment transactions.
