Biography

Ashleigh Brocchieri is Expert Counsel at the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, based at headquarters in Paris. She acts as subject matter expert for ICC Dispute Resolution Services, notably in relation to internal practice and procedure, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence and data. She previously acted as Deputy Counsel and Counsel at the Secretariat, heading the Common law case management team dealing primarily with disputes arising out of the UK, Ireland and English-speaking countries on the African continent. In her role as Counsel at the ICC Court, Ashleigh supervised a high volume of arbitration cases, and was involved in the scrutiny of arbitral awards. Ashleigh is qualified to practice law in England and Wales, and France.
