Biography

Experienced compliance lawyer with profound expertise in IT-law, data protection and digitalization issues. Has experience from leading law-firms and international industries (in-house legal counsel). Partner in Simonsen Vogt Wiig’s TMT-department and is head of the Compliance & Risk team. Specializes in data protection and cyber security compliance, and has profound expertise in investigations and crisis management. Also assists companies with compliance and risk management relating to corporate governance including in areas of anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, sanctions, corporate investigations, governmental interactions, corporate criminal liability and ESG/sustainability as well as requirements under the Norwegian Transparency Act.
