Biography

I’m partner of Ristuccia Tufarelli & partners since 2010. My experience focuses on business law and human rights law, as a litigator and a counsel. I assist leading market players in the telecommunications, banking and financial services, digital marketing, healthcare and pharmaceutical, IT and new technologies sectors in matters relating to regulation, business development, public contracts, competition, commercial contracts and their negotiation, corporate governance and civil liability. I gained significant experience in assisting clients in litigations before administrative and civil justice bodies, participated in cross-border litigation and in proceedings before the Constitutional Court, the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights. Last but not least I provide assistance, also pro bono, in anti-discrimination and human rights protection cases.
