Biography

Paula Surerus is the current managing partner of Veirano Advogados, one of the leading and most renowned Brazilian business law firms. Paula is a corporate attorney, and her practice encompasses M&A, private equity and infrastructure projects. Paula worked as a foreign associate in a law firm of international renown in New York in 2008 and has been recognized by Chambers Brazil in the Corporate/Commercial practice area, Latin Lawyer 250 – Corporate and M&A and Legal500 Latin America – Corporate and M&A. Paula loves to travel, be with family and friends, is a sports fan and is the mother of Lucas, her 10-year-old son.
