Biography

Specialist in individual and collective civil procedural law, she works in conflict prevention and resolution before the Judiciary, public bodies and national and international arbitration centers, with a focus on civil, banking, corporate and insurance litigation. Her work involves defining procedural, pre-litigation and negotiation strategies, as well as drafting opinions and consultations. Has experience in defending the interests of domestic and foreign clients from a wide range of industries, including banking, finance, insurance, technology, food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, metals, services and retail. He also acts in judicial reorganization, bankruptcy and debt restructuring procedures.
