Biography

Jorge is Partner at EY Law Argentina (the legal advisory services division of worldwide consultancy firm EY) with more than 20-years' experience in M&A, Corporate and Antitrust. Prior to join EY Law in 2016, he worked at Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi (2001-2010/2011-2014) and as International Lawyer at the New York office of White & Case LLP (2010-2011). He also served as in-house Senior Legal Counsel at renewable energy company Genneia S.A. Jorge is founder and member of the Board of ALTA (Argentina Legal Tech Association). He also actively participates in IDEA Companies Lawyers Network; Legal Commision of Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Argentina and Pro Bono Commission of Buenos Aires Bar Association. Jorge graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina, where he also completed his Business Law master's degree and where he also serves as Director and Professor at the Business Advisory Law Postgraduate Course.
