Biography

I am a founding partner of Sella Torlaschi law firm, an Italian boutique law firm with an international outlook. I lead the Corporate Team which is focusing on business and corporate compliance law matters. After many years of practice in international law firms I have acquired an extensive international background, focusing on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions in the industial sectors of the Oil&Gas, energy transition, environmental and technology. The Corporate Team has an extensive experience in designing organisational compliance models, handling domestic and cross-border legal challenges in corporate ordinary and extra-ordinary transactions and providing strategic advice to domestic and multinational companiesin extraordinary acquisition, merger, joint-venture, leveraged, or management, buy out, venture, or private, capital investment transactions in all industries My practice also encompasses the area of legal issues related to energy transition, ESG factors and sustainability reporting with a particular focus on the energy and Oil&Gas sectors. I am also a memeber of the Commission for the International Relationships of the Bar of Milan.
