Pablo Vinageras Cobielles

Biography

Pablo Vinageras is a Partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Law group. Among other fields, he specializes in M&A, corporate law and commercial contracts, especially with respect to advising international investors with interests in Spain. He has notably participated in transactions (sale and purchase of shares and assets, joint ventures, collaboration and specialization agreements, restructuring, etc.) with an international component, with particular emphasis on English-speaking countries, China and Latin America. Since he studied in México, he particularly has strong links with clients from Latin America. His international contacts are complemented by his position as honorary member of AIJA.
