Biography

Carlo Cannizzo focuses his practice in real estate, infrastructure and construction, corporate, finance and M&A transactions. It has more than 20 years of experience and has been involved and acted as leading counsel in many strategic transactions in Mexico, among which, the JV, acquisition and sale of different real estate mix use projects, negotiation of pipeline transport and construction agreements for the oil and gas industries, finance structuring. He has acted as main counsel of large foreign banks, real estate funds, hotel management companies, construction companies, industrial companies, high tech companies, leading international fashion companies, among others. He participates in the board of directors of several Mexican companie
