Biography

Svein Gerhard has worked with BAHR as an attorney-at-law since he completed his university degrees in 1995, from 2000 as a partner. He has a degree in economics (MSc - siviløkonom) from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (Norges Handels Høyskole), Bergen Norway (1989) and in law (cand. jur.) from the University of Bergen, Bergen, Norway (1995). His work centres around private and public M&A transactions and joint ventures, many of which have multinational aspects, public market exits on the Euronext Oslo Børs, and corporate governance for corporations listed there.
