Biography

I help customers prepare for their worst day. I advise thousands of companies, SOCs, executives, and board members globally on cybersecurity best practices before, during, and after a cybersecurity incident. My focus is on the intersection of cybersecurity, risk maturity, crisis management, leadership under pressure, and the critical role humans play in cyber. With passion and energy as a technical storyteller, I ingrain best practices learned from some of the world's most mature companies. This results in a richer cybersecurity culture woven into the fabric of their organization, dramatically increasing their overall security posture. Leveraging first-of-its-kind global cyber ranges and executive boardroom experiences, I lead an international team of experts. We use design thinking, immersion, and gamification to co-create specific scenarios, customized based on industry, regulatory requirements, current runbooks, and organizational models. This approach drives numerous “AHA” moments, helping clients better prepare for their worst day. Using a hybrid technical, business, and risk-oriented KPI framework, I enable customers to compare their maturity with their peers. The outcome focuses on the value of a comprehensive business response, ensuring everyone speaks a common language around risk while exposing gaps in skills, security posture, incident response, communication, and organizational strategies.
