Biography

Pamela has over 10 years of experience in the legal sector, focusing her practice on Corporate Law, Transactional Law, Commercial Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and since 2018, in the pharmaceutical sector. She has worked with various law firms and companies, such as Nader, Hayaux & Goebel (as an associate), Laboratorios Sanfer, S.A. de C.V. (as Head of Legal for Latin America), Global Enterprise Corp., and now at Laboratorios Servier México. In the last two, she has held the position of Legal and Compliance Director. Currently, Pamela is the Legal and Compliance Director for Laboratorios Servier México, a French pharmaceutical group with a global presence. Pamela holds a Law degree from Universidad Anáhuac México Norte and completed a General LLM (Master of Laws) at Northwestern University in Chicago, United States. Additionally, she holds the "Internationally Certified Compliance Professional" certification, awarded by IFCA (International Federation of Compliance Associations).
