Biography
Kate is Legal Principal: ESG and Corporate Disputes at Anglo American, and is based in London. This role combines managing a wide range of litigation, arbitration and other contentious matters with providing legal support on sustainability issues, including climate change, human rights, tailings management and sustainability reporting. Prior to joining Anglo American in 2019, Kate was counsel in the international arbitration team at Hogan Lovells. Kate has been a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR since 2022 (as a delegate of ICC United Kingdom), and was a member of the ICC Task Force on ADR and Arbitration.
