Feisal Naqvi

Biography

Feisal Hussain Naqvi is a Managing Partner at Bhandari Naqvi Riaz (BNR), one of Pakistan’s top law firms which specializes in commercial, corporate and constitutional litigation. He has been ranked by Chambers as one of the top litigators in Pakistan since 2008 and is currently ranked in Tier 1. Amongst other engagements of note, he represented Pakistan’s former Prime Minister in the “Panama Papers” case. Feisal has extensive international arbitration experience, both as a counsel and as an arbitrator. He has represented Pakistan in Working Group II of UNCITRAL and is a member of the SIAC panel of arbitrators. He was also counsel for Pakistan against India in relation to disputes arising under the Indus Waters Treaty, 1960.
