Biography

As Co-Head of European Investment Funds, Jeremy Leggate’s practice focuses on advising private fund sponsors on all aspects on structuring and operating alternative investment funds across various strategies and asset classes, including private equity, credit, hybrid funds and infrastructure funds. Jeremy's experience also includes fund restructuring, GP-led transactions, co-investment arrangements, spin-outs, joint ventures and management company transactions.
