Amrit Sagoo is an investment funds partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. He advises clients on the structuring, negotiation and execution of a wide range of complex secondary transactions, including preferred equity transactions, portfolio sales and GP-led transactions of single assets or wider portfolios.
