Biography

Mark Srulowitz is General Counsel of Brookfield’s Global Client Group. Mr. Srulowitz is also Global Head of Product Strategy & Development. In these roles he oversees, and is responsible for, the development, product strategy and execution of new private fund strategies initiated by Brookfield globally; as well as all legal, tax and regulatory matters for the Global Client Group, including fund formation in particular. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2011, Mr. Srulowitz worked as an attorney in the Investment Management Group of a global law firm, where he advised private fund sponsors in connection with the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds, as well as economic, governance and related issues. Mr. Srulowitz holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
