Biography

I am the General Counsel at Park Square Capital, LLP, a leading European private debt fund, where I look after three fantastic teams: Legal, Compliance & Governance. Together, we focus on a hugely broad range of risks that may affect our firm, our funds and our investments. Beyond those risks, we are passionate about using our legal and regulatory insights to create opportunities for the business to thrive. Prior to Park Square, I worked in the Investment Funds Group of Kirkland & Ellis, in their New York and London offices. Prior to that, I qualified as a New York attorney in the New York offices of Skadden Arps, was called to the Bar of England & Wales (not-practicing), and graduated from the University of Oxford with a Bachelor of Civil Law. In 2022, I was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales.
