Andrew Bratt

Biography

Mr. Bratt is a member of the StepStone legal and compliance team and is responsible for all legal matters relating to the firm's private equity business. Prior to joining StepStone, Mr. Bratt served as in-house counsel and a private equity consultant with Pension Consulting Alliance (now Meketa Investment Group) — a full-service investment consulting firm. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bratt practiced law with several international law firms including Covington & Burling and O’Melveny & Myers. Mr. Bratt received his JD from Brooklyn Law School and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. He is licensed to practice law in New York and California.
