Biography

Jennifer joined Hayfin in 2020 and is the European General Counsel and a Managing Director. Prior to joining Hayfin, she spent seven years at Investec Bank plc most recently as COO of Advisory. Before joining Investec, Jennifer was a senior associate attorney at Herbert Smith in the US Securities team.
