Biography

Samuel Brooks is a partner in the Private Funds group at Macfarlanes. Sam primarily represents sponsors of both closed-ended and open-ended alternative investment funds, with a particular focus on hedge funds and credit funds across the liquidity spectrum. He also frequently advises on ‘retailisation’ of private assets.
