Alex Last leads the private equity team at Mourant in Cayman. He has advised many of the world's leading private equity sponsors on the structuring and establishment of investment funds in the Cayman Islands. He previously led the investment funds team at Mourant in Hong Kong. Alex is ranked in Chambers & Partners and Who's Who Legal as a leading private funds lawyer.
