Biography

Jose Vivanco focuses his practice on cross-border mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and other corporate matters, with a particular focus in Latin America. Jose has represented a broad spectrum of U.S. and international clients in matters ranging in size and complexity from small single-asset transactions to billion-dollar international auction processes involving multiple jurisdictions. His experience extends to a variety of industries, including mining, retail, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, financial institutions, asset management, aeronautical, automotive and energy (including renewables and oil and gas). Mr. Vivanco serves as a National Representative for the Young Lawyers’ Committee of the International Bar Association.
