Biography

Aaron is a senior corporate partner at Travers Smith. He's one of London's leading specialists on special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs) and advises companies on corporate finance and admissions to and fundraisings on all London markets. His practice encompasses public and private M&A, reconstructions, and special situations. He has particular expertise in shareholder activism. Aaron is ranked as a 'Leading Individual' by The Legal 500. Clients quote Aaron as an "all-round fantastic lawyer" ranked in Chambers and is 'Highly Regarded' in IFLR1000. He is the former Chairman of the Regulatory Committee of LPeC, the Listed Private Capital trade body and currently sits on the Invest Europe Regulatory Committee.
