Biography

Dirk Spacek is partner and Co-Head of the practice groups TMC and IP at CMS Switzerland. He primarily deals with new business models arising in the media-, internet- and technology-sector, data commercialization and intellectual property law. Dirk mainly advises clients from the electronic media, software, industry and financial services-sectors on technology-related matters, in particular ICT-contract law, cloud computing, outsourcing, gaming & e-sports, data protection and intellectual property law with a focus on software and patent law matters.
