Biography

Philippe has experience in a broad variety of transactions in corporate finance from seed capital investments to takeovers of companies, including debt financing. He also advises financial institutions in relation to regulatory matters, in particular private equity funds. Philippe also acts as counsel and arbitrator in M&A and shareholders’ litigations.
