Biography

Caroline Sundberg is a partner at Snellman in Stockholm, Sweden. She specializes in IT law, data protection, and digital regulatory compliance, with a particular focus on GDPR and related data regulations. Caroline has extensive experience advising clients on technology transactions, including M&A and outsourcing deals. She also drafts and negotiates IT, technology and data agreements, helping businesses manage legal and commercial risks. In addition, Caroline is actively engaged in thought leadership on AI governance and cybersecurity, frequently speaking at industry seminars and advising on strategic compliance challenges in the digital space.
