Martin Viciano Gofferje

Biography

Dr. Martin Viciano Gofferje is a partner at Gleiss Lutz, based in the firm's Berlin office, specializing in M&A, private equity, venture capital, and corporate law. He has extensive experience advising clients on complex national and cross-border transactions, with particular expertise in Tech transactions. Since 2024, Martin has been active as an Officer of the Closely Held Companies Committee of the IBA. He co-heads Gleiss Lutz's Venture Capital/Startups group and also leads the firm's Healthcare and Life Science sector group. Additionally, Martin serves as the diversity representative at Gleiss Lutz. Martin studied at the universities of Freiburg and Alicante. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2017. In 2010/2011 he worked as a foreign attorney at leading international law firms in Madrid, Barcelona, New York and London.
