Biography

Patrik Peyer is the co-head of NKF's Corporate and M&A team. He is a Corporate law specialist with a main focus on M&A transactions and complex corporate law matters. He has broad experience in and a deep understanding of all phases of the private equity and venture capital investment life cycle. Patrik Peyer also regularly advises board of directors and executive managements on Corporate Governance and remuneration topics. Patrik Peyer is listed as an expert for Mergers & Acquisitions by Chambers, Legal 500, IFLR1000, Who's Who Legal and by Best Lawyers. He was the managing partner of Niederer Kraft Frey from 2021 until 2024.
