Biography

Dawn is the Managing Director and head of the Disputes Practice at Ashurst ADTLaw, a Formal Law Alliance between leading international firm Ashurst LLP and established Singapore commercial firm ADTLaw LLC, which she founded in 2013. Dawn is an experienced commercial lawyer who has represented and advised market-leading clients in the public and private sectors in complex commercial disputes. She has been appointed as arbitrator and acted as lead counsel in international arbitrations conducted under prominent institutional rules. She is an experienced litigator who has appeared as lead counsel at all levels of the Singapore courts. Outside practice, Dawn is Chairwoman of the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce and also contributes to the work of various committees and not for profit organisations.
