Biography

Anders Oreby Hansen has 30+ years of experience and has primarily worked with US, EU, Scandinavian and other multinational groups and high net worth individuals investing in or conducting business in Denmark. His experience covers assistance to international corporate clients on matters involving strategies and dispute resolution in relation to Danish transfer pricing issues, group restructurings, international taxation issues, M&A Real Estate and corporate consulting. His experience also covers partner-owned and family businesses. Anders is co-author/author of books on the Danish Capital Gains Act, international taxation and double taxation treaties, transfer pricing, business reorganizations and “Denmark in International Taxation” and numerous articles in Danish and international publications.
