Biography

Federico is a partner and member of Macchi di Cellere Gangemi's tax department. He has extensive experience in all areas of taxation. His practice mainly focuses on corporate taxation and mergers and acquisitions, international taxation and transfer pricing, global tax planning, taxation of foundations and trusts, financial and real estate taxation. He has structured and negotiated several APAs concerning both the transfer pricing methodology and prior assessment on potential existence of a permanent establishment in Italy across a number of different industries (for Fortune 500-listed companies). Author of several publications in the field of domestic and international tax law. The clientele is represented mainly by large corporations and multinationals, financial institutions, investment funds and international wealthy families, including family offices.
