Biography

Tomasz specialises in infrastructure investments, related contracts, and litigation involving disputes arising under such contracts (claim management). He advises on projects carried out in the road, rail, waste management, water and sewage, and energy sectors, e.g. on PPP and concession projects. A renowned specialist in M&A and restructuring transactions. He also advises entities in the defence sector. Member of the Association of Consulting Engineers and Experts (Polish FIDIC Member Organisations).
