Biography

Mr. Karakoc is a Managing Director with Secretariat and co-leads the delay analysis team of Secretariat in the United Kingdom. He has been appointed as an independent delay expert (both as a party and a tribunal-appointed expert) on numerous occasions and has given evidence many times in arbitration proceedings. He has taken commissions over 35 countries. He is regularly recognised by Who's Who Legal in its construction expert witness, consulting expert and Arbitration expert categories.
