Biography

During my professional career, I acted as Arbitrator in Ad hoc arbitration proceedings, and also as Counsel for clients in several Domestic Arbitration proceedings, and in International Arbitration Proceedings seated in London. I have advised clients in relation to disputes and claims exceeding 100,000,000 USD in Qatari, Saudi, and English High Court proceedings. And I have also represented clients in relation to acquisition of shares in Qatari and Saudi Companies subject to Foreign Investment Acts. I have extensive experience in litigation skills, especially in matters of Real Estate Law, Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Construction Law and FIDIC contracts.
