Biography

Registered with the Milan Bar Association and authorized to practice before the Higher Courts. Antonio Bana is a partner with law firm Bana Avvocati Associati, which he joined in 1992. Over the years, he has practiced as a defense lawyer for leading multinational and national groups in major cases of corporate criminal law. He has accumulated a large experience including as a consultant in the criminal areas of occupational safety and health environmental criminal law crimes against the Public Administration “Legislative Decree No. 231/2001” intellectual property criminal law and corporate administrative liability as well as in weapons criminal matter. He collaborates with legal journals in the areas of criminology and corporate criminal law. He is a member of the International Bar Association. He graduated in 1992 from the University of Milan and in 2001 he obtained a master degree in clinical criminology from the same University with which he still collaborates in the Criminology Department.
