Biography

Anniina specialises in capital markets transactions and other transactions involving listed companies. Her practice includes a number of equity and debt capital market transactions including IPOs, secondary share issues and bond issues, as well as mergers and acquisitions. She regularly advises clients on corporate, governance, disclosure, and securities market matters. She is a Co-Head of Hannes Snellman’s cross-BA ESG group. Anniina has also worked at the capital markets practice of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in London during 2016–2017. Prior to joining Hannes Snellman, Anniina worked for the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority in the Conduct of Business Supervision Department.
