Biography

Rogério Fernandes Ferreira is the founder and managing partner of RFF Lawyers, a Portuguese full-service tax & business law firm. He is professor of tax litigation and international taxation at the University of Lisbon (IDEFF) and at the Catholic University of Portugal (PAFISC), the President of the Portuguese branches of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and of the Instituto Latinoamericano de Derecho Tributario (ILADT), and a former Secretary of State for Fiscal Affairs. In 2024, he has been invited to chair the tax reform on litigation matters by the Portuguese Finance Minister.
