Biography

Pierre advises companies and their managers in their day-to-day and exceptional operations, either domestic or international. Pierre is regularly involved in reorganizations and external growth operations (acquisitions, LBO). He also advises managers on the structuring of their compensation and incentive plan. Pierre regularly assists and represents his clients in the context of their tax audits and litigation. He frequently deals with international tax matters, having developed a leading expertise in transfer pricing. Pierre also advises companies on their tax incentive linked to innovation (R&D tax credit, IP box, etc.). He has developed strong expertise in many sectors, particularly in retail, new technologies, real estate and industry. Before joining Reinhart Marville Torre, Pierre worked for more than 10 years at Arsene (leading French tax boutique) and nearly two years at PwC Avocats. He has been a member of the New York Bar since 2011 and of the Paris Bar since 2012. He has written numerous articles (Les Echos, Option Finance...) and teaches transfer pricing in the Master 2 DJCE of Cergy. Pierre is a graduate of the Universities of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Master 2 in Tax Law) and UCLA (LLM in Tax Law).
