Biography

David is the practice leader of our Australian mergers and acquisitions group. With over 25 years’ experience, he is widely regarded as one of the country’s pre-eminent transactional lawyers in the real estate and infrastructure space. The strength of David’s practice has been recognised over many years by Best Lawyers, Chambers and Partners and Who’s Who Legal: Australia across a range of corporate practice areas, including mergers and acquisitions, investment funds and capital markets. Clients appreciate David’s pragmatic and commercial approach to his advice. David is a member of the Corporations Committee of the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and was formerly a lecturer on Hybrid Securities at the University of Sydney.
