Biography

Michael is General Counsel and an EVP with Ontario's Independent Electricity System Operator. He leads the IESO's Legal, Regulatory and electricity resource contracts teams. He has an extensive background in Ontario's electricity sector and has previously been a counsel at Ontario's energy regulator, the Ontario Energy Board, and Ontario's Ministry of Energy.
