Biography

Agustín Siboldi is a Partner in O’Farrell’s Public Law and Economic Regulation Department. Mr. Siboldi practice focuses on the following areas related with the economic regulation: telecommunication; energy and natural resources; antitrust law, either economic concentration as well as the investigation of anticompetitive practices; pharmaceutical products marketing; as well as other sector of the economy with a strong regulatory importance. Agustin leads the Energy and Natural Resources area, he advises our clients on regulatory, contractual and litigious affairs regarding oil & gas production, power generation, natural gas, and electricity transportation and distribution. He has a law degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, School of Law and a Master´s Degree in Business Law from the Escuela Superior de Economía y Administración de Empresas (ESEADE). He is author of an important number of publications in his fields of practice and co- author of a renewable energy law draft jointly with the Instituto Argentina de la Energía General Mosconi. He has been ranked by several international publications such as Latin Lawyer, Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, and Leaders League among others.
