Biography

Patricia leads CGM's employment practice, working both on consulting and litigation, and represents companies from various economic sectors. She also advises on diversity and equality matters, and as a member of the compliance team, conducts internal investigations on matters involving harassment, discrimination, fraud, and workplace privacy issues. Being the head of CGM's Latin America Practice, Patricia often manages projects covering several countries in the region.
